You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.
The exact delivery time for your order will be shown to you in the shopping cart when you place an online order and will be communicated to you personally by our employees when you place an order by telephone. If you gave us your e-mail address when you placed your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will once again receive confirmation of the delivery time. We will also use your e-mail address to give you other helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and return confirmations or free payment reminders.
If some Grip Pads items are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, which means you will receive the available items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order will be sent in several packages.
The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
Based on the shipping method, tracking is sometimes not possible. On request and if you pay the separate costs, we will be happy to ship with a shipping service provider of your choice.
